Welcome to the Co-op Program


We are pleased that you are considering a co-op experience as a part of your program here at McCormick. Our advisers will work with you each step of the way to make sure that you have every opportunity to participate in this legacy program. We will guide you through an orientation process and assist you with the job search, interviewing and hiring steps that lead you to a co-op experience. 


For most students, the first step is to attend an information session, which will give you a good overview of the program and how to become involved. The next step is to attend an orientation seminar and learn the policies and procedures of the program. You will also need to successfully complete the course, "Introduction to Career Development," which is a prerequisite for interviewing for co-op positions. Once admitted to the program, you will have access to a secure web site which has all of our job listings and where you can post your resume and sign up for interviews. 


Co-op positions are available for students in every major at McCormick, or we will help you find a position which is unique to your interests. Be sure to follow the links on the right side of this page to learn more about the following features of the program:
